Dr. Kaufmann served as Hydrogen Commissioner of the German Federal Government (2020–2022) and was a Member of the German Bundestag for over 13 years. He brings extensive experience in hydrogen policy, international cooperation, and industry scaling, having advised organizations such as the Green Hydrogen Organisation (GH2), Thyssenkrupp Hydrogen, and World Energy GH2.
