Hygreen Energy Strengthens Global Mining Partnerships with Strategic MOU Signing at PDAC 2026 in Toronto
Toronto, March 3, 2026 — Hygreen Energy, a leading water electrolysis equipment supplier, announced today the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex JSC (TMK) and Shangxiang Minmetals Inc. (SXMIN) during the PDAC 2026 Convention in Toronto.
The agreement establishes a framework to promote and deploy Hygreen's hydrogen production equipment within Uzbekistan's mining industry, which has significant demand for hydrogen and oxygen.
Under the terms of the MOU, TMK will serve as SXMIN's authorized agent in the Uzbek mining industry, responsible for market promotion and customer development. SXMIN, as Hygreen's exclusive agent for the global non-ferrous metals sector, will facilitate integration of hydrogen solutions. Hygreen will provide technical support and product specifications.
