Hygreen Energy Strengthens South American Presence at Hyvolution Brazil 2026, Signs Agency Agreement with Vivestar from Uruguay
SÃO PAULO – June 17, 2026 – Hygreen Energy, a global leading electrolyzer manufacturer, successfully concluded its participation at Hyvolution Brazil 2026, held June 16–17 in São Paulo. This marked the company's second major exhibition in South America, following its debut at the 2025 Green Hydrogen Summit in Chile.
South America is widely recognized as one of the world's most promising regions for green hydrogen, blessed with exceptional renewable energy resources. During the two-day exhibition, Hygreen Energy showcased its comprehensive electrolyzer portfolio across Alkaline, PEM, and AEM technologies, drawing strong interest from project developers, EPC firms, and government representatives across Latin America.
A key highlight was the signing of an agency agreement with Vivestar, a Uruguay-based company focused on energy transition and green hydrogen. Under the agreement, Vivestar will promote Hygreen Energy's full range of electrolysis solutions and support green hydrogen project development across the country.
Uruguay, with over 98% of its electricity generated from renewable sources, is now turning its focus to green hydrogen as a pillar of its second energy transition. Hygreen Energy's partnership with Vivestar aligns with this vision, enabling local developers to access proven electrolyzer technology backed by over 19 years of industry experience.
